Accessibility Statement.

Trust Alliances Group's commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, the measures in place, and how to request assistance.

Last updated: September 2026.

Our commitment

Trust Alliances Group is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Measures in place

The platform is built with semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, descriptive link text and list structure — and includes a skip-to-content link, a breadcrumb trail on every page, and visible keyboard focus states throughout. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, including navigation menus and the cookie consent dialog.

Forms use explicit labels, required-field indicators and inline error messages announced to assistive technology. Colour combinations are chosen for sufficient contrast, decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, and animations respect your operating system's reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

Some third-party content embedded in the future (for example maps or document viewers) may be outside our direct control. We review the site regularly and work to remediate accessibility issues as they are identified.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience any accessibility barrier on this website, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us through the Connect page. We take accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this statement

This statement is reviewed as the platform evolves. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date above.
